A natural phenomenon of the salt flats of Northern France.
Only when weather conditions are just right do these small, delicate
crystals form naturally on the surface of the salt brine. When you look
closely at this naturally white coloured salt, you will notice the pink tint
that points to its precious character. The elegant flavour is complex,
delicately balanced, with a hint of sweetness. Most people save this salt as
a "finishing" salt, sprinkled over foods just before serving, but it can be
used in cooking, or ground and used in baking. It also makes an excellent
margarita salt! The shelf life on sea salt is indefinite. Different
sizes available.
